90ji Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all services on the 90ji platform, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any promotional activities.

• These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the definitive document.
• 90ji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
• Your relationship with 90ji is governed entirely by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2 Account Registration & Use

To become a member of 90ji, you must create an account. By completing the registration process, you agree to the following conditions:

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person will be automatically closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• 90ji may request additional documents or information to verify your identity during the registration process.
• Transferring or selling account ownership is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

90ji is a responsible gaming platform. The following eligibility conditions apply to everyone:

• Only individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or older may open an account on this platform.
• 90ji may request a copy of a national identity card or passport at any time to verify age and identity.
• If false age information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Any individual who has declared themselves self-excluded may not open an account.
• 90ji employees may not open an account on this platform.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 90ji are processed securely and quickly. Our payment policy is as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (via all methods).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 1 (one) hour.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Transactions may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 90ji may hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

90ji's bonuses and promotional offers are provided under specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and all winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.
• The maximum amount withdrawable from a bonus offer will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or any other means without fulfilling bonus conditions may result in account closure.
• 90ji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• VIP program benefits and cashback rates are determined separately and are subject to change.

6 Betting & Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities on 90ji are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following policies apply to all members:

• Certified Random Number Generators (RNG) are used to run games, ensuring fair play.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, 90ji reserves the right to void that round.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet or game result, 90ji's system logs will be considered the final evidence.
• 90ji bears no liability for any loss caused by game interruptions due to network disconnection.
• For sports betting, if an event is abandoned or postponed, the rules applicable to that bet will apply.
• 90ji reserves the right to void any bet if unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity are detected.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90ji platform. Violations may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Fraudulent activity, or attempting to influence game results using software tools or bots.
• Opening more than one account or abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or financing purposes.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Colluding with other members for coordinated betting or any form of match-fixing.
• Any attempt to conduct a cyber attack on 90ji's systems or network.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

90ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account. This action may be taken in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms or participation in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion or account closure at the member's own request.
• Action required for legal or regulatory reasons.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If all outstanding bonus wagering requirements are not fulfilled before account closure, the bonus will be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with use of the 90ji platform is limited as follows:

• 90ji is not responsible for any loss arising from technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems.
• 90ji bears no liability for any issues caused by third-party software or services.
• 90ji will not provide compensation for financial losses resulting from gaming.
• If an incorrect bonus amount or winnings are credited to an account due to an unintentional technical error, 90ji has the right to correct it.

Online gaming carries uncertainty and risk. You are using the platform with full awareness and acceptance of these risks.
